Who handles the shipping & freight costs?
Shipping rates are estimated during checkout once an order is placed. The shipping rate will adjust once the total weight of the complete order and delivery location is confirmed. For Mexico orders, we offer free delivery if your freight forwarder is located in Los Angeles, CA. Just contact us at (424)366-9912 to get started!
How long is shipping?
We work to process your order over 3-5 business days taking place from Monday-Friday. Shipping transit time can take 2-5 business days. This process may take longer during sales and holidays.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the U.S. and to Mexico. Shipping will be weight based.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery!
Please Note: If you do not add Route to checkout, you will have to proceed with filing a claim directly with the mail carrier if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
