At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All products are FINAL SALE. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
Order Inspection for Pickup & In-Store Purchases
For pickup orders and in-store purchases, we kindly ask that you inspect all items before departure. Once items leave our premises, we are unable to process claims for damages or defects.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged Items
We take great care in packing all orders using bubble wrap or packaging peanuts to ensure safe delivery. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please file a claim directly with UPS.
Defective Items
If your items arrive defective, please email us at info@acuteattitude.com with the following information:

Two clear photos of the defective product:

One detailed close-up showing the defect and style number.

One full shot of the product.

A video recording of you opening the package, showing all items received.
File a Claim with Route
If you purchased Route insurance, please file a claim here for any lost or stolen packages.
Order Changes & Cancellations
At this time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Any authorized order cancellations are subject to a 15% processing fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.
Order Recording Requirement
To ensure all products arrive in good condition, we require all customers to record an unboxing video on the day the package is delivered.

The video must clearly show the items being removed from the box at an angle where all products are visible.

If a video is not provided, you will not be eligible for store credit or a refund—NO EXCEPTIONS.
